By downloading or using LAST SQUADRON you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the application.

1. Licence

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, rent, decompile or distribute modified versions of the application.

2. Content and fiction

The story, characters, aircraft, organisations and events in the game are entirely fictional. They bear no relation to real people, institutions, armed forces or states and represent no political position. Geographic place names are used only as a fictional frame.

3. In-app purchases

• Purchases are processed through Google Play; we do not handle payments.
• In-game credits, gems and unlocked aircraft are virtual items with no real monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Permanent purchases (such as Remove Ads & Premium) can be re-enabled on the same account with Restore purchases in the app.
• If you change device or uninstall the app your local progress is deleted; no compensation can be claimed for virtual items.

4. Advertising

The app may show rewarded video ads. Watching an ad is optional and is never required to progress. To remove ads entirely you may purchase the Premium pack.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not manipulate the game by editing the save file or using third-party tools.
• Do not reverse engineer the application or attempt to bypass its security measures.
• Do not use the application in breach of applicable law.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The application is provided "as is". It is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. This does not affect your mandatory rights under consumer law.

7. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is published on this page. Your licence may end if you breach them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers resident in Türkiye continue to benefit from the mandatory protections of their local consumer legislation.
